It is a lovely villa with everything you possibly need! We loved our stay.
Good location, stunning views, tastefully decorated and the owners thought of everything that may be needed in the house. The house has all the electrical devices; not only hair dryer or coffee machine but also a mixer to make smoothies. My mum and aunt arrived at Kalkan at 6 am and even though we didn’t expect to be able to check in that early, was so kind and offered to do the check in as early as 6am! Thank you again for this. On our first night we had a small issue with the electricity and it took them only 15 mins to send someone to fix it! The management was amazing! We stayed there as 13 ppl and the house never felt stuffed. The famous Kaputas beach is only 5-6 mins drive and Patara Beach is also near by. There is a well prepared folder in the house with all the information about restaurants, cafes and excursions around. Only thing is it is only in English. Turkish speakers of the family wished to be able to read it as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely we will be back someday. Thank you again .

Absolutely fantastic.
A beautifully presented luxurious villa. Equipped with everything you could ever need. Wonderful views. Kalkan is a truly lovely place with an endless choice of restaurants and bars. Our thanks to the owner who is so responsive and ensured we had a superb holiday. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic Villa.
Most comfortable beds in Kalkan IMHO, located in the best location and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay in this idyllic town. The booking process was simple and Tony was most helpful and informative throughout the process. The management of the Villa was faultless, the pool area stunning. I have to say it is the best Villa we have stayed in during the many years we have visited Kalkan.

We were a group of 14 family and friends to celebrate a 60th Birthday and stayed in the Villa in Sep 2019. The Villa is beautiful, 7 double bedrooms set out on three floors, large open plan kitchen/diner and living room. This ensured there was plenty of room for all the guests. The views are stunning, especially from the infinity pool looking out to see, with plenty of sun loungers to relax.
Kalkan, with plenty of shops and restaurants, is a mins taxi ride or you can walk down the hill and get a water taxi from the local hotel. If you fancy somewhere closer there’s Bob’s restaurant, a 2 min walk away, very friendly and excellent value.
Booking the villa was really easy, through Tony and daily maintenance and pool cleaning was looked after by the ever helpful Ahmet. Fantastic Villa, you will enjoy.
